I spent the weekend with a new young friend. I have been praying for her for more than 6 weeks now. We laughed, danced, and napped. I sang to her, prayed over her, shared my favorite new book, and shared truths I hope she always remembers. I wondered what her life will be like, what talents she'll have, what things she'll want to pursue, what her favorite food might be some day. What things she'll believe and chase after, who she'll marry, where she'll live. It is just so beautiful to see God's creativity in such a small person. I am amazed by His hand, His handi-work. She's going to be His follower, I just know it.
